Here at The Fabrication Company, we manufacture all our laser cur screens locally in our factory at Loganholme, South East Queensland. We use materials sourced from local Australian companies.
The powder coat finish on our aluminium product goes through a 4 stage corrosion pre-treatment. All aluminium is dipped in dip tanks. Our corrosion pre-treatment is much more effective than other methods such as spraying the product. This ensures longevity of the powder coat finish. The powder coat process is often overlooked by the consumer. This is almost unbelievable as it is such an important part of the manufacturing process. Quality control is assured at The Fabrication Company as the entire manufacturing process is carried out in-house.
