Not only do we offer our end-to-end metal fabrication, but we also offer professional sandblasting and powder coating. These services are operated by our sister company, The Powder Coating Company. This company and its processes operate under the same roof as all of our other services, streamlining our service and cutting down processing times.
For aluminium pre-treatment, we offer a thorough four-stage process that removes foreign particles that could potentially cause corrosion/flaking later down the track. Pre-treatment depends on the metal, and only aluminium is treated in our dip tanks. All other metals require sandblasting to pre-treat. The Powder Company Co offers both, allowing us to work with all kinds of metals.
Our aluminium pre-treatment process involves our 7m x 1.2m x 2 m dip tanks, and we use Oxsilan technology which is non-carcinogenic and environmentally friendly. Many competitors use chromate as their pre-treatment for aluminium which is carcinogenic and not so friendly on the environment.
