For aluminium, we have a 4-stage corrosion pre-treatment process when the metal is completely submerged in our dip tanks to remove impurities from the metal prior to powder application. We also complete every stage of the sandblasting and powder coating process in house, from pre-treatment to powder application, curing, and packaging.
